The assistance provided by Genesis Home Services is excellent! Genesis was punctual, pleasant, and explained everything he would do to me. Years' worth of detritus and creosote had fully blocked my chimney. He came in with his equipment and quickly and flawlessly cleansed the area, leaving no soot behind. When Genesis quickly examined my chimney last Friday, I couldn't have asked for more. The expert cleaned the flue before departing. For the HOA's yearly inspection, Genesis Home Services arrived to service the fireplace. The inspector was very accommodating and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and how long the examination would take. The technician provided excellent customer service, was very competent, and cleaned up after himself. Nice to see the business has excellent staff! Our built-in woodturning stove fireplace with a 2-story class A chimney was thoroughly cleaned by Genesis Home Services. It was obvious that the tech was very skilled. He was diligent in his work, gave the house a thorough cleaning, wore a mask, and had no qualms about climbing to the top of our chimney and perching there 30 feet in the air! He outlined his methodology, findings, and suggestions in detail. The next time, we'd be happy to have him come clean our chimney.
